Here is the arrangement of insignia on the centennial uniform. Notice that the council strip touches the shoulder seam and the troop numerals touch the council strip. Be sure to use the green epaulets and the green troop numerals with the centennial uniform.

The "Trained" patch centers on the flap of the left sleeve pocket.

The Arrow of Light badge (if earned) goes just below the left breast pocket.
