1.0 OverviewThis outing is an opportunity to learn safe gun handling and shooting practices and to work towards Rifle Shooting merit badge.
2.1 DescriptionWe will meet at the Community Center and travel to the Grafton County Fish and Game Club range in West Lebanon. Under the supervision of a certified instructor, and strictly observing all BSA shooting sports safety policies, we will learn safe gun handling and shooting. We will cover safe gun handling, different guns, shooting position, and cleaning the gun. We will shoot BB-gun, .22 rifle, and shotgun.

2.3 Expected Conditions and DifficultyWe will be outdoors for shooting.
2.4 Special RequirementsOpen to all scouts, scouters, and parents. There are no skill prerequisites for this outing.
