1.0 OverviewWe have 11 Scouts going to the 2013 National Jamboree. The troop will conduct a sale of non-alcoholic, patriotism-themed drinks and baked goods to help raise funds to help send these Scouts to the jamboree. Other Scouts who wish to participate may retain their earnings in their troop accounts for Scouting-related expenditures over the next year.2.0 Concept2.1 DescriptionThe sale will be held during Hanover's Independence Day festivities on the Dartmouth Green. We will set up our booth on the sidewalk next to the green at the corner of Wheelock and Main Streets. Setup begins at 0745, and we open for business at 0800. We will end operations after the July 4th festivities are finished at about 1400.Although we intend to man the booth during the parade, Scouts may participate in the parade. 2.2 Schedule of EventsWednesday, 4 Jul 120745 -- Arrive and set up. 0800 -- Start selling! 1400 -- End and clean up. 2.3 Expected Conditions and DifficultyIt is predicted to be a very hot, sunny day.
