1.0 OverviewEach year the Shriners hold the Maple Sugar Bowl Football Game between two all-star football teams representing Vermont and New Hampshire. This year the game will be held at Dartmouth's Memorial Field. Dartmouth has offered us $500 to clean up the stands after the game. We have 10 Scouts going to the 2013 National Jamboree, and these Scouts wish to use this opportunity as a fundraiser for their trek. In addition, any Scout who wishes to participate may retain in the troop treasury a prorated share of the proceeds for use on any Scouting-related expenditure.2.0 Concept2.1 DescriptionWe meet at the south end of Memorial Field (access at the south end of Leverone) at 4:30--as the game is ending. Once the game is over and the stands empty, we will pick up trash that people have left across the bleachers and in the infield. We will only be responsible for the trash items; not food/drink spills because the birds get the food and drinks get washed away in the rain. We bag all the trash for pickup by Dartmouth personnel.2.2 Schedule of EventsSaturday, 4Aug121630 -- Arrive and gather at south endzone.
